AI makes shipping easy. Knowing what to ship is still the hard part.
Anyone can get a model to produce a working demo in an afternoon. The gap shows up a week later, when the code has to survive real users, real data and real mistakes.
So I build in the open and write everything down: the commands, the dead ends, the decisions I would take back. Build logs for what happened, how-tos for what you can repeat, breakdowns of how other products work, and founder notes for the business side.
It is all written in English and Arabic, because the people building the next wave of products do not all work in English. If something here saves you a day, it did its job.
